(3) If the information requested for disclosure does not fall under the personal information subject to disclosure.
(4) If the existence or non-existence of the personal information requested for disclosure is revealed, there is a risk of harm to the life, body, or property of the person or a third party.
(5) Cases in which revealing the existence or non-existence of the requested personal information is likely to encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts.
(6) Cases in which revealing the existence or non-existence of the personal information for which a Disclosure Request is made is likely to cause harm to national security or damage the relationship of trust with other countries or international organizations, or cause a disadvantage in negotiations.
(7) If the existence or non-existence of the personal information requested for disclosure is revealed, there is a risk that crime prevention, suppression, investigation, or other public safety and order maintenance may be hindered.

No fee will be charged for notifying the purpose of use or for disclosing personal information subject to disclosure. (No fee is required to correct, add to, delete, or stop the use or provision of personal information subject to disclosure.)
